Sneak Peek Time with Crafter's Companion

Want a sneak peek of one of the latest collections from Crafter's Companion ??? Let me introduce Verity Rose and OMWord is it cute????  This is a mini beach tote I created as I had to use the flamingo.  When I was a teenager I collected flamingos and yes it was considered quite tacky...who knew I was ahead of my time, LOL.  I still love them to this day so I had to stamp one of these cuties out and use it on my project.
Here's a list of all the Verity Rose Products I used for this piece.
Crafter's Companion Verity Rose Collection: A4 Luxury Paper Pad, Sunbeam Accessories Metal Die, Sunbeam Accessories Stamp Set, Doily Die, Ribbon Border Die, 6 x 6 paper pad,

Botanic Orchid Tag with Heartfelt Creations

Today I'm sharing a tag that I created for Heartfelt Creations using the Botanic Orchid collection.  I love how many different flowers you can create from this one die...amazing.

I used the Lattice Oval die for a stencil for the background on my tag.  I just outlined it using a white Uni-ball pen.  It's a great way to add some texture and pattern to plain paper.

Be sure to stop by the Heartfelt Creations blog today and see all the design team members creations along with products lists and tutorial.

It's An Orchid, No It's a Pansy...with Heartfelt Creations

I love the versatility of Heartfelt Creation's flowers, this is actually the Botanic Orchid that I was able to turn into a pansy...and I love it, don't you?  Just a bit of shading and layering and you can create all types of different flowers.  Have you seen the daffodil flower using this die???  OMGosh you have to check it out on the Heartfelt Creations website/blog.

Celebrates Father's with Crafter's Companion

With Father's Day right around the corner this card is sure to inspire you.  I've used the Crafter's Companion latest release Sara Davies Signature Collection: Just for Men.  This set has about everything you could think of to make that perfect guy card.

Here's all the products I used: Sara Davies Signature Collection: Just for Men : Urban Collection paper pad 6 x 6 , Checkerplater embossing folder, tool sets die, cogs and gears die

Here's a TIP!!!  Use silver embossing powder to give a real metal sheen to your tools.  You can also use red/rust colored paper and have the paper peaking through to make it look rusty.

I Can't Believe it's been 2 Years with G45

Wow does time fly...two years ago I was jumping for joy beside myself I had made the Graphic 45 design team.  This one was of those team teams that was on my ultimate bucket list and I was honored to get to work with them for two years.  I have the pleasure of working with so many of their beautiful collections and don't think because I'm stepping down from the team that I'll stop...I've already ordered some of their latest collections, LOL.
I hope you will continue to stop by Graphic 45's blog and see the creations of the latest design team members.  They are such a talented group of artist.
Here's a look back of some of my favorite projects over the last year, I'd love to hear what was one of your favorites.  So with a fond farewell here are a three of my picks.

A Box of Color with Hearfelt Creations

Today's the last day of highlighting the latest collection from Heartfelt Creations...did you catch that tear in my eye.  I've loved and I mean loved working with this series as it's just so beautiful.  Of courses I'll still pull it out and work with it in the future but next week will be time to move on to another great release from Heartfelt Creations.  So for the last week I thought I would do something a little different and I made a mixed media box with the Under The Sea Release.
You can always find complete supply lists and directions for all the DT projects on Heartfelt Creations Blog.  So be sure to stop by.
See you next week with a stunning release...I can't wait.
